🐛 Fix OCI labels and git repo env URLs 🐛

image.url must be the browsable hub.docker.com/r page — docker.io
is only a registry pull host. source/doc labels and
ENV_GIT_REPO_URL must point at the real dockersrc GitHub repo,
not the retired casjaysdevdocker org.

- Dockerfile: image.url → https://hub.docker.com/r/casjaysdev/almalinux; source/doc → https://github.com/dockersrc/almalinux; dropped duplicate registry-host source label
- Dockerfile.8: image.url fixed; registry-host source label dropped
- Dockerfile.9: image.url fixed; registry-host source label dropped
