Remove duplicate initialization blocks that were already handled
elsewhere in the entrypoint startup sequence.
- rootfs/usr/local/bin/entrypoint.sh: remove __initialize_default_templates, __initialize_config_dir, and __initialize_data_dir conditional blocks (15 lines)
