🔧 Add [U2F] APP_ID and TRUSTED_FACETS to app.ini 🔧 
Owner reports adding this section fixed passkey sign-in on their
server. Both values follow the public protocol and host.

- rootfs/tmp/etc/gitea/app.ini: add [U2F] with APP_ID and TRUSTED_FACETS using the server protocol and name placeholders
